This is a factory Ruger-57 10-round magazine in 5.7x28mm. This magazine also fits Ruger LC carbines in 5.7x28mm.
The upper half is comprised of blued steel, and the lower half is made of a durable polymer.
This magazine features side-facing, numbered witness holes, as well as front-facing witness holes.
The polymer base pad has a notch to help with extraction.
